What I do, where I work
For the past 25 years I have been an educator/exhibit-developer/audience-researcher/etc. at the Art Gallery of Ontario. I have variously been involved in exploring the worlds of: visitor-based creativity, how people interact with symbolic material, the use of technology in exhibits, Web 2.0 projects, and most recently, the relationship of culture to global/local sustainability. My departure from the AGO creates the space for me to dedicate my time and energy to pursuing my interest in sustainability and culture – both inside and outside the world of museums.
