  • Hi Folks,
Can anyone recommend any brands of touchscreens for outdoor applications?
They need to survive outside a maritime museum – (so sunny, salty and periodically rainy sites)!
    Fingers crossed….

As a visitor I was impressed with the screens used at the National Civil Rights Museum, in Memphis(I acknowledge different climate). The exhibit showed a series of videos you could select using the screen. They looked good and the sound was good. They had built a hood for shading.
I do not know how long they have been on display or the maintenance needed.
Give them a call and let us know.

Hi Em,

I might be a bit late to the party here but maybe you could give Armsign a call? It’s the sort of thing they might be able to do (http://www.armsign.com.au/

I am also interested in this and will post solutions if I find any. So far I have been looking at Suntronics products, but am trying to widen my search. Would appreciate any updates. Thanks.
