In this vein, I think Olafur Eliasson would make a great “science center” exhibition (or even an entire science center!)

yes, his exhibition at PS 1/Moma a few years back would totally work in a science center, as would kapoors beautiful exhibition in a gallery in chelsea. I think I wrote about it here.
Those artists’ work are VERY expensive, so it would be a big undertaking, but very cool to do.
